With over 40 years’ experience in his profession, Toni is currently the Executive Chef of AsiaWorld-Expo. Before joining AWE, in the early stage of his career, he held various important positions at the Peninsula Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Toni was then actively engaged in Hong Kong and Macau’s five-star hotels as Executive Chef, including Hong Kong Royal Garden Hotel, Studio City, Macau, and Sands Macao. Toni demonstrated his leadership skills by overseeing professional teams, and earned recognition by serving political and business leaders, as well as celebrities around the world.
Toni has won numerous awards in competitions, including winner of Macanese Cooking Competition, champion of Disciples Escoffier 1st Asia Team Trophy Contest, and winning medals in the famous Asian food and beverage exhibition HOFEX.
Entrusted to his professions and experience, Toni is often invited as judge of culinary competitions and a core member of several culinary associations, including The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and The Hong Kong Chef Association.
