Experience World-Class Showjumping and Equestrian Lifestyle at The Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show

The Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show is set to become one of Hong Kong’s most iconic sports events. Over 14,000 spectators are expected to gather to witness top international riders and their horses compete in world-class showjumping, showcasing precision, agility, and power at the highest level.

Beyond the thrilling competitions, the event offers a diverse range of equestrian experiences: from the 5* international showjumping classes, energetic Shetland Pony Grand National and Dog Agility to emerging Asian riders’ challenges, and artistic equestrian performances blending horse riding and music — ensuring awe-inspiring moments for all ages.

The event also features the Lifestyle Shopping Village, bringing together a curated selection of brands across five themed zones — Equestrian Supplies, Fashion & Accessories, Wine & Gourmet, Interior Design, and Lifestyle & Leisure — allowing visitors to shop, explore, and immerse themselves in the broader equestrian lifestyle.

For those seeking premium experience, the Champagne Bar and VIP areas offer exclusive hospitality, where guests can enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends.

The Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show, strategically partnered with the Hong Kong Jockey Club, is brought to you by the team behind the iconic London International Horse Show, established in 1972 — delivering world-class standards and elevating sports and lifestyle experiences to new heights.

The Show

Highlights of the Show included THE LONGINES WELCOME STAKES that brought the Show a winner from Germany in Hans-Dieter Dreher with horse partner Cous Cous 3. The winner of Saturday’s THE LONGINES STAKES was Kevin Staut from France with horse partner Kannonqulan.

THE CATHAY CARGO REACH FOR THE SKIES STAKES was dominated by Germany’s Richard Vogel with horse partner Phenyo van het Keysersbos, and the same pair triumphed again by taking THE ASIAWORLD-EXPO SPEED STAKES, making it a sensational double win for the German rider.

The biggest competition of the show, THE LONGINES GRAND PRIX on Sunday was a perfect finale to the Show, with France’s Roger Yves Bost and his incredible horse partner Ballerine du Vilpion winning the top spot.

Lifestyle Shopping Village

The 2026 show celebrated the Year of the Horse with an interactive zone where guests could create digital horse artwork and share their wishes for the new year. Shopping enthusiasts were able to browse offerings from brands that spanned across equestrian gear, fashion, F&B, interior design and more. The Fashion Runway featured the ‘Riding in Style: Kids & Adults Fashion Show,’ alongside the charming Dog Fashion Show by PET-A-HOOD, which saw adorable pups parade in creative costumes.

For those looking to unwind, the Champagne Taittinger Bar presented by Cathay Cargo provided a stylish setting, while the Lan Kwai Fong Group: Ride the Rhythm kept the energy high on Friday and Saturday evenings. Family fun was a major draw at the Kids Zone, which hosted Hong Kong’s first LeMieux Hobby Horse Competition.
