In 1983, founder Allan Zeman opened California restaurant and bar in a humble Hong Kong neighbourhood of flower stalls and traditional wet markets, transforming it into the nightlight district of legend. A new kind of nightspot, it gave Central’s work-hard-play-hard crowd the kind of laid-back entertainment mecca the city was lacking – no ties required.

Four decades on, powered by that same maverick spirit of innovation, our business is award-winning and far-reaching. The original Japanese restaurant of Lan Kwai Fong and one of Hong Kong’s most famous, Chef Wah ignites the central sushi counter with his masterful skills and innovative twist on traditional sushi and sashimi. Tokio Joe is a Hong Kong institution since 1995 and one of the first omakase restaurants in town.

A great night out awaits you with the most famous sushi rolls along with a host of other Japanese classics prepared by the iconic Chef Wah and the fun team at Tokio Joe. Adhering to the government’s latest import regulations, we have taken new control measures and now source the freshest seasonal ingredients from around the world to ensure you a satisfying meal of the highest quality.

Tokio Joe 早於 1995 年隆重開業,貴為蘭桂坊的傳奇派對場所,多年來, 不同名人先後親臨餐廳體驗Tokio Joe 的魅力。作為城中歷史悠久的廚師發辦餐廳之一,Tokio Joe 不僅是希望與眾同樂的客人之首選,而且亦非常適合喜歡在輕鬆休閒的環境下享用高質日本 料理的客人前來品嚐一頓味蕾的盛宴。

餐廳於2021年翻新, 除了更新菜單外,還增添了不少玩味十足的裝飾,重塑一個極富日式玩樂意味的場景, 隨時歡迎客人到來盡情放鬆,享受隨心所欲的氛圍,於Tokio Joe 這道大門後一嚐極致放縱的滋味。
