ABOUT HAUS CAFE

Since its establishment in 2020, HAUS CAFE has adhered to the philosophy of providing health and quality to society, dedicated to creating a professional brand focused on healthy, light dining. Under the guidance of our parent company HAUSTAGE, we define our mission through four key principles: Heritage, Art, Upcycling, and Sustainability. 

During the Covid pandemic in 2020, we gained a deeper understanding of the importance of healthy living, which further solidified our commitment to offering our customers a selection of high-quality and delicious food and beverage options. This marked the initiation of our concept and led us on a journey of exploration and value creation. After six years of hard work and growth, we sincerely thank every customer who seeks health and taste, and we extend special gratitude to the Hong Kong Jockey Club for their support and encouragement, which has motivated us to continuously improve our offerings. 

 In January 2026, we officially established the HAUS CAFE trademark, signaling our ongoing endeavor to expand into the premium food and beverage sector, bringing innovative and health-conscious options to the market. Notably, from January 30 to February 1, we will unveil our latest product—GENMAI DECAF, a caffeine-free brown rice coffee—at the Horse Show, inviting you to explore this unique surprise! 

 HAUS CAFE looks forward to sharing a dining experience rich in health, quality, and excitement with you as we stride towards a healthier future together! 

自2020年成立以來，HAUS CAFE始終秉持著為社會提供健康與品味的理念，致力於打造一個專業的健康輕飲食品牌。我們在總公司HAUSTAGE的指導下，*以H、A、U、S  四大方向為公司定位，追求卓越的品質與美味的結合。 *Heritage (傳統文化）、Art (藝術) 、Upcycling (升級再造) Sustainability (可持續發展)。 

在2020年Covid疫情期間，我們深刻體會到健康生活的重要性，這更加堅定了我們的目標——透過HAUS CAFE，為每位顧客提供更多「好品好味」的食品與飲品系列。從此，我們的概念啟動，走上了一條探索與增值的旅程。 經過六年的努力與成長，我們衷心感謝每一位追求健康與美味的顧客，特別是感謝香港賽馬會對我們的支持與鼓勵，讓我們在選品的過程中不斷提升，邁向更高的目標。 

 在2026年1月，我們正式確立HAUS CAFE的商標，標誌著我們將持續拓展優質F&B賽道，為市場帶來更多創新與健美的飲食系列。特別是在即將來臨的1月30日至2月1日，我們將在Horse Show中推出全新產品——GENMAI DECAF，零咖啡因的玄米咖啡，邀請您一同來探索這份獨一無二的驚喜！
