Caskells — The Spirit of Discovery

Founded in 2016, Caskells is Hong Kong’s premier family‑owned whisky specialist, dedicated to celebrating the world of Independent Bottler (IB) Scotch whiskies.

Our story began in 2012 with Jon Dory Limited, importing Scottish seafood and, along the way, discovering another remarkable Scottish craft — Independent Bottler Scotch whisky. That discovery inspired the creation of Caskells, a retail space devoted to authenticity, quality, and flavour.

At the Hong Kong International Horse Show, we’re proud to present Caskells’ own range of IB whiskies that embody the individuality of Scotland’s distilleries and their casks — exceptional single malt and single cask expressions.

Beyond bottled whiskies, Caskells also offers cask purchases for private‑label projects, partnering with private clubs, alumni associations, watch brands, and hotels. For collectors and enthusiasts, we provide opportunities for long‑term cask ownership — whether as a personal passion or as a long‑term asset.

As the official agent for Glencairn Crystal in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, we proudly showcase specialist crystal decanters and custom‑designed bottles, crafted with the precision and artistry worthy of the world’s finest spirits.
