Isabelle.C is a Hong Kong–based contemporary Chinese fashion brand with an international vision, dedicated to reinterpreting Eastern aesthetics through a modern design language. The name “Isabelle.C” embodies elegance, culture, and creativity, while the brand draws personal inspiration from the founder’s kids, daughter in particular, weaving emotional memory and cultural legacy into each creation. The brand’s founder has nurtured a deep passion for art since childhood, forming the foundation of its refined visual expression. 

Rooted in Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage, Isabelle.C works with traditional techniques such as Kesi silk tapestry, Xiangyunsha (Gambiered Canton Silk), Chinese brocades, and plant dyeing, alongside rare materials including antique embroidery and silk satin. These heritage textiles are reimagined through contemporary silhouettes. Iconic Eastern elements—mandarin collars, cloud shoulders, and traditional fastenings—are presented in a modern way and combined with refined tailoring, shaping a distinctive “East + West” design language. 

The founder also integrates children’s drawings into the creative process, dyeing them onto Xiangyunsha silk （Gambiered Canton Silk） to create narrative, collectible garments. Beyond craftsmanship, Isabelle.C embraces sustainability through seed-paper tags and natural materials, expressing an ESG-driven vision where Eastern aesthetics, nature, and renewal coexist.

非遺銀箔底緙絲收腰套裝 Silver Foil Kesi Tailored Co-ord Set 

This tailored co-ord set is crafted from silver foil-based Kesi fabric — Kesi, a millennium-old Chinese intangible cultural heritage craft, is long celebrated with the saying “an inch of Kesi is worth an inch of gold” for its rarity and artistry. 

The cool sheen of the silver foil weaves with Kesi’s intricate texture, letting the garment’s patterns unfold naturally alongside its tailored lines. The traditional Chinese frog buttons on the skirt further blend the delicate, heritage-rich texture of this ancient craft into the sleek silhouette of a modern co-ord—marrying the elegance of age-old artistry with the sharp sophistication of contemporary fashion

This collection debuted in the CENTRESTAGE 2025. Inspired by a Hong Kong children’s artwork titled “Taste of Hong Kong”, the series is crafted exclusively with Gambiered Canton Silk, a Chinese intangible cultural heritage fabric. Using this heritage textile as the canvas, the lively “flavors of the city” from the original painting are reimagined through bespoke printing and dyeing. 

The kidswear pieces adopt a fluffy silhouette reminiscent of pineapple buns, bringing a soft, playful texture that echoes the theme of Hong Kong teatime delights. The adult look features an asymmetric strap maxi dress that creates fluid lines, paired with handcrafted Gambiered Canton Silk patchwork boots — a unified material story that enhances the refined aesthetic while extending the artwork’s vivid energy through vibrant color expression. Spanning both kidswear and womenswear, the collection preserves the purity of the young artist’s imagination, while the rich tactility and handcrafted detailing of Gambiered Canton Silk bring together heritage craftsmanship and contemporary fashion in one cohesive narrative.

Centered on traditional design elements such as the Mandarin collar and frog buttons, the pieces merge classical aesthetics with vivid, art-driven textiles to form a contemporary fashion language. The kidswear features a short, jacket-style Chinese silhouette, while the adult piece adopts a relaxed mid-length Tang-inspired shirt, paired with handcrafted Gambiered Canton Silk  patchwork boots in matching tones. The unified materials and motifs create a subtle parent–child visual dialogue across the looks. 

Balancing playful charm with modern refinement, the series preserves the essence of Chinese aesthetics while infusing the garments with the dynamic visual energy of artful prints.

盤金老繡重磅真絲無袖上衣 Vintage Embroidery Heavy Silk Sleeveless Top 

This sleeveless Top features Qing-Dynasty gold thread embroidery—a rare traditional craft that uses gold threads to create three-dimensional patterns. The sun and geometric motifs on the garment are outlined with gold threads for a luxurious texture, while the base fabric is heavy silk. The sleeveless silhouette paired with sheer tulle bottoms revives this endangered imperial embroidery art in a modern co-ord style.
