The most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is its warmth and friendliness!" This famous saying often comes to mind when people recall their fond impressions of Taiwan. Beyond the people and their hospitality, Taiwanese cuisine is another major attraction for visitors. Almost every city in Taiwan has its own unique local specialties and snacks. Some of the dishes most fondly remembered by Hongkongers include: braised pork rice, beef noodles, salted crispy chicken, meat soup, egg pancakes, and peanut-topped grass jelly desserts, among countless others.

Among them, Taiwanese cold noodles and braised delicacies are particularly unforgettable. A group of Taiwanese residents in Hong Kong have sincerely launched a new eatery, “Moon Xiang Nong”, bringing the traditional Tainan Guanmiao-style cold noodles and braised snacks to local diners. Their goal is to recreate the authentic flavors and nostalgic charm of their hometown.
