Chicken Egg Boy is a Hong Kong egg waffle (Gai Daan Jai) brand.

Its signature is the world's first Pineapple Bun Egg Waffle (菠蘿包雞蛋仔) — a fusion of two Hong Kong classics, with a mini golden pineapple bun handcrafted onto each bubble.

Within two months of launch, it garnered over 5 million organic views, drew two-hour queues, and was recreated in over 8 countries. It has been featured in SCMP, Travel & Leisure, Tatler, Cathay Pacific, TVB, and Yahoo HK's Top 10 Most Explosive Foods of 2025 — and received an HK01 Corporate Gold Award.

Chicken Egg Boy has collaborated with the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Carlyle & Co., Conrad Koh Samui, Stephen Chow's Bingo Group, and design legend Alan Chan, and has served at an Art Basel event, Clockenflap, Live Nation, and West Kowloon, among others.
